ZERO PLASTIC GOAL

In a commitment to you, to us, and to the planet, M&M Protek has set a new goal for 2023: the total elimination of plastic. The main strategy involves scrupulously complying with existing regulations, emphasizing respect for the environment and the planet, and instilling a sense of environmental respect within our team and facilities.

How?

In practical terms, the path to the Zero Plastic Goal involves minimizing the use of plastic raw materials, encouraging selective collection and recycling of all waste, and reducing the direct impact generated in our daily business activities.

These objectives are achieved primarily in three stages:

Reduction in the purchase of plastic raw materials.

02: SEPARATION

Selective collection and separation of all waste.

03: RECYCLING

Delivery of waste to Eco Centers.

The Paradox range from Monitor is the perfect example of this. The Monitor insoles used in these models are made from recycled polyurethane – which, nonetheless, does not compromise their flexibility, lightweight, cushioning, and quality.

While the quality of recycled "plastic" and other materials used instead of plastic is a subject of much debate, technology is advancing to meet the demands of the market.

Therefore, currently, the complete abandonment of plastic in the production of footwear and protective clothing in no way compromises the quality of these products!

On the contrary, environmentally friendly alternative methods ensure compliance with all the quality standards inherent to the products.
